Positive: We loved everything. The location, the quiet, but easy access to the town, seaside. Made it easy for family strolls. We all loved the swimming pool at the property and Pierre was a very nice host. Always ready to help out.
Negative: Nothing negative. The pictures don't do it justice. Seeing is believing. The only thing I'll suggest is to add to your listing that it is possible to charge electric vehicles. On the other hand, there are fast public chargers not far from the location.

Positive: 8 of us stayed when we went to Primavera festival in Barcelona. The villa is a little out of the city but easy enough to travel in by train or taxi. Taxis were about €45ish to the festival (using the freenow app) and took about 25mins. Trains/buses are cheaper but take longer. The outside area/pool is perfect, we spent a lot of the day there. There are supermarkets and restaurants a 10min walk away. Although we didn't meet the owner she seemed nice and communicated well. Would definitely recommend it.
Negative: There's no air conditioning and some of the rooms can get quite hot even with the fans.
